We judge ourselves so harshly as mothers (and we’re judged pretty harshly, too). This session equips you with an easy method to create compassion for yourself and be free of the fear of what other people think, during these coronavirus times and all times.
★ Permission ★
You get to be a mom, and you get to be fully human–with anger, fear, desires, and dreams of your own. This session is all about giving yourself permission to feel what you feel, think what you think, and want what you want.
